Positioning
The first step in The Banker Blueprint is to create your own customized positioning. Investment banks receive thousands of applications from highly qualified candidates, so you need to clearly communicate why they should choose you and what makes you stand out from everyone else competing for the same role.
We will:

- Write the perfect resume and cover letters
- Optimize your LinkedIn for banker searchability and outreach

Once your positioning is built and customized by an investment banking professional, you will have a clear strategy for presenting yourself to investment banks, showing them why you deserve an interview.
Targeting
Once you have created your customized applicant profile, the next step is to begin targeting investment banks with a clear and organized strategy.
We will:
- Build you a personalized schedule that optimizes your time and keeps your recruiting process on track.
- Help you identify exactly what to research at each firm, so you avoid wasting hours searching through firm websites.
- Show you exactly how to reach out to the right professionals at each firm using your positioning.
- Hold you accountable so you never miss an important follow up, meeting, or application deadline.
By the end of this stage, you will have a clear and organized recruiting strategy that puts you in position to start building relationships with the right investment banks.
Networking
Once you have identified your target firms, the next step is to begin building relationships with the professionals inside them.
We will:
- Teach you how to approach each banker and lead effective networking calls.
- Run mock networking calls with you so that you sound polished, prepared, and natural.
- Give you a clear follow up strategy so you know when and how to keep your network warm.
- Notify you when an application opens at each of your target firms so that you can call upon your network.
- Walk you through how to complete each application strategically.
By the end of this stage, you will have an active network at your target firms that you can call upon when applications open and interviews begin.

The Investment Bank Academy is designed to help students break into one of the highest-paying entry-level careers in finance.
Tuition is $1,495 when paid in full (save $105) or 5 monthly payments of $320, and the return on that investment can be substantial. Investment banking analysts often earn total first-year compensation well into the six figures, meaning the cost of our personalized coaching represents only a small fraction of your first year’s earnings.
