Terms of Service

Welcome to the Investment Bank Academy, a product and service offered by InfoGate Financial LLC. These Terms of Service govern your purchase of and access to the Investment Bank Academy platform, course materials, coaching, training, and related services, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

1. Membership Plans

The Investment Bank Academy offers four membership levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus.

All membership plans include one year of access to the Investment Bank Academy course platform and educational curriculum beginning on the enrollment date, unless a different start date is confirmed in writing.

The personalized Services included with your enrollment depend on the membership selected at checkout.

Silver Membership

Silver Membership includes:

1. One year of access to the Investment Bank Academy course platform, curriculum, videos, documents, quizzes, templates, flashcards, simulations, and other educational materials.
2. One 15-minute 1-on-1 recruiting kickoff session.
3. Personalized target firm recommendations.
4. Access to the Investment Bank Academy Certificate upon satisfaction of any applicable completion requirements.

Silver Membership does not include personalized resume reviews, behavioral story reviews, a personalized networking CRM, personalized LinkedIn reviews, recruiting schedule reviews, mock networking calls, mock interviews, or private tutoring/advisory sessions unless separately purchased or expressly provided in writing.

Gold Membership

Gold Membership includes:

1. One year of access to the Investment Bank Academy course platform, curriculum, videos, documents, quizzes, templates, flashcards, simulations, and other educational materials.
2. One 30-minute 1-on-1 recruiting kickoff session.
3. One personalized resume review.
4. One behavioral story review.
5. Personalized target firm recommendations and access to a personalized Investment Bank Academy networking CRM after completion of any required participant research or information.
6. One personalized LinkedIn profile review.
7. Feedback on one LinkedIn post.
8. One review of the participant’s weekly recruiting schedule.
9. One mock networking call.
10. One mock investment banking interview.
11. One private tutoring or advisory session.
12. Access to the Investment Bank Academy Certificate upon satisfaction of any applicable completion requirements.

Platinum Membership

Platinum Membership includes:

1. One year of access to the Investment Bank Academy course platform, curriculum, videos, documents, quizzes, templates, flashcards, simulations, and other educational materials.
2. One 45-minute 1-on-1 recruiting kickoff session.
3. Up to two personalized resume reviews.
4. Up to two behavioral story reviews.
5. A customized target list of approximately 50 investment banks based on the participant’s background, goals, preferences, location, recruiting timeline, and information provided to the Investment Bank Academy. The target list will be organized within the participant’s personalized Investment Bank Academy networking CRM.
6. Up to two personalized LinkedIn profile reviews.
7. Feedback on up to two LinkedIn posts.
8. One private LinkedIn optimization call.
9. A personalized recruiting schedule built around the participant’s availability and recruiting needs.
10. Up to two mock networking calls.
11. Up to two mock investment banking interviews.
12. Up to two private tutoring or advisory sessions.
13. Access to the Investment Bank Academy Certificate upon satisfaction of any applicable completion requirements.

Platinum Plus Membership

Platinum Plus Membership includes:

1. One year of access to the Investment Bank Academy course platform, curriculum, videos, documents, quizzes, templates, flashcards, simulations, and other educational materials.
2. One 60-minute 1-on-1 recruiting kickoff session.
3. Up to three personalized resume reviews.
4. Up to three behavioral story reviews.
5. A customized target list of approximately 50 investment banks based on the participant’s background, goals, preferences, location, recruiting timeline, and information provided to the Investment Bank Academy.
6. Research relating to the customized target firms and identification of specific bankers or professionals who may be appropriate for networking outreach, with the information organized within the participant’s personalized Investment Bank Academy networking CRM.
7. Up to three personalized LinkedIn profile reviews.
8. Feedback on up to five LinkedIn posts.
9. One private LinkedIn optimization call.
10. A personalized recruiting schedule built around the participant’s availability and recruiting needs.
11. Ongoing tracking of the participant’s recruiting schedule and activity during the access period.
12. Up to three mock networking calls.
13. Up to three mock investment banking interviews.
14. Up to three private tutoring or advisory sessions.
15. Access to the Investment Bank Academy Certificate upon satisfaction of any applicable completion requirements.

For purposes of these Terms, “ongoing tracking” means reasonable periodic review and accountability relating to the participant’s recruiting schedule and activity. It does not mean continuous monitoring, daily supervision, or a guarantee that the participant will complete any particular recruiting activity.

2. Reviews and Personalized Services

Unless otherwise stated, one “review” means one submission by the participant and one consolidated round of feedback from the Investment Bank Academy.

A revised submission following feedback may count as an additional review if additional review quantities are included in the participant’s membership.

Participants are responsible for submitting materials in a usable format and providing any information reasonably requested in order for the Investment Bank Academy to provide personalized Services.

Target firm recommendations, target lists, banker research, recruiting schedules, LinkedIn feedback, and other personalized materials are based on information available at the time they are prepared. Recruiting opportunities, personnel, employer preferences, and market conditions may change.

3. Scheduling and Participation

Coaching sessions, mock interviews, mock networking calls, tutoring sessions, LinkedIn calls, and other live Services must be scheduled through the scheduling method provided by the Investment Bank Academy and are subject to availability.

You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and arriving prepared.

You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled session by providing at least 24 hours of notice.

A session canceled with less than 24 hours of notice, or a session that you fail to attend, may be counted as one of your included sessions.

If InfoGate Financial LLC cancels or reschedules a session, that session will remain available to you.

Repeated missed appointments, abusive scheduling practices, or unreasonable use of scheduling privileges may result in reasonable restrictions on future scheduling.

Unused reviews, mock interviews, mock networking calls, tutoring sessions, calls, and other personalized Services expire at the conclusion of the one-year access period. Unused Services have no cash value, may not be transferred to another person, and may not be carried into another enrollment period unless InfoGate Financial LLC agrees otherwise in writing.

4. Participant Responsibilities

The Investment Bank Academy provides education, feedback, preparation, tools, and guidance. You remain responsible for completing coursework, preparing for sessions, conducting networking outreach, applying for positions, communicating with employers, meeting recruiting deadlines, and making your own academic and career decisions.

The participant is responsible for implementing recommendations and completing recruiting activities. The Investment Bank Academy does not apply to jobs, send networking communications, attend interviews, or communicate with employers on the participant’s behalf unless expressly agreed in writing.

You agree to provide accurate information and to behave professionally when communicating with InfoGate Financial LLC, its representatives, other participants, employers, universities, and professional contacts.

You may not use the Services to misrepresent your qualifications, fabricate experience, submit work that is not your own, violate an employer or university policy, or engage in unlawful or unethical conduct.

5. Pricing and Payment Options

The prices applicable to your enrollment are the prices displayed and selected at checkout at the time of purchase.

The current standard payment options are:

• Silver: $247 paid in full or five payments of $55, for a total installment purchase price of $275.
• Gold: $697 paid in full or five payments of $150, for a total installment purchase price of $750.
• Platinum: $997 paid in full or five payments of $215, for a total installment purchase price of $1,075.
• Platinum Plus: $1,495 paid in full or five payments of $320, for a total installment purchase price of $1,600.

A pay-in-full purchase consists of one payment for the selected membership.

If you select a five-payment option, you are purchasing the applicable membership through a fixed installment payment plan. The installment option is not a month-to-month membership and does not give you the right to cancel the remaining payments simply because you stop participating in or using the Services.

All five scheduled payments are required.

Although the payment processor or checkout software may technically describe or process installment payments as recurring or subscription payments, the five-payment option represents a fixed payment obligation for a single enrollment.

The payment obligation ends after the fifth required payment. Your membership will not automatically renew for an additional year unless you separately agree to a renewal or new purchase.

By providing payment information, you authorize InfoGate Financial LLC and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the payment schedule disclosed at checkout.

6. Failed Payments

If an installment payment fails, you agree to provide a valid payment method within three calendar days after receiving notice.

Access to some or all Services may be suspended while a required payment remains outstanding.

If the failed payment is not resolved, InfoGate Financial LLC may seek collection of the remaining unpaid balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Suspension or termination resulting from a payment default does not eliminate the participant’s obligation to pay the remaining balance of a fixed installment plan.

7. Refund Policy

Except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, all purchases are final once payment has been processed and access to the Services has been granted.

A decision not to use the Services, failure to complete the course, failure to attend sessions, a change in recruiting plans, a change in career plans, dissatisfaction with recruiting results, or a decision to discontinue participation does not create a right to a refund.

For participants using an installment payment plan, such circumstances also do not eliminate the obligation to make the remaining scheduled payments.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Access Duration

Course and membership access begins on the enrollment date and continues for 365 days, unless a different start date is confirmed in writing by InfoGate Financial LLC.

Completion of the five-payment installment schedule does not end the participant’s one-year course access period.

Likewise, the payment schedule and access period are separate. A five-payment installment plan generally concludes before the participant’s one-year access period expires.

Continued access after the one-year access period may require reenrollment or purchase of an additional access period.

InfoGate Financial LLC is not required to preserve participant submissions, progress, messages, CRM information, schedules, or account information after the access period expires, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, software updates, service provider outages, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of InfoGate Financial LLC do not automatically extend the access period.

9. Account and Login Policy

Enrollment is provided to one individual participant.

You may not share your account, password, login information, course access, personalized CRM, or Services with another person.

Unauthorized account sharing, copying or distribution of course materials, or attempts to provide another person with access may result in immediate suspension or termination without a refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for promptly notifying InfoGate Financial LLC if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

10. Intellectual Property

All Investment Bank Academy course materials, videos, documents, quizzes, flashcards, simulations, templates, frameworks, training materials, recordings, CRM templates, schedules, and related content are the exclusive property of InfoGate Financial LLC or its licensors.

The Services are provided solely for your personal and educational use.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, upload, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, modify, or commercially exploit course content without prior written permission from InfoGate Financial LLC.

You may not use Investment Bank Academy content to create, train, improve, or support a competing course, coaching service, educational program, artificial intelligence system, commercial database, or other commercial product.

Any resume, LinkedIn content, behavioral answer, application material, or other original material submitted by a participant remains the participant’s property.

You grant InfoGate Financial LLC permission to access, process, edit, annotate, and review submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

11. No Guarantee of Employment or Recruiting Results

The Investment Bank Academy provides educational services, career preparation, coaching, feedback, and recruiting resources.

InfoGate Financial LLC does not guarantee that any participant will obtain an internship, interview, referral, job offer, promotion, compensation level, admission decision, or other particular result.

Results depend on numerous factors outside the control of InfoGate Financial LLC, including participant effort, qualifications, experience, academic performance, communication skills, preparation, location, work authorization, employer requirements, recruiting timelines, market conditions, economic conditions, and individual employer decisions.

Testimonials, student outcomes, examples, and statements regarding prior participants reflect individual experiences and do not promise that another participant will achieve the same or similar result.

The Investment Bank Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any investment bank, financial institution, university, employer, licensing authority, or recruiting organization unless expressly stated in writing.

12. Educational Information

The Services are provided for educational and career preparation purposes.

Nothing provided through the Investment Bank Academy constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or employment advice.

You are responsible for independently evaluating information and making your own academic, professional, financial, and career decisions.

13. Acceptable Use and Termination

You may not interfere with the Investment Bank Academy platform, attempt to bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, harass another person, misuse program resources, use the Services for unlawful purposes, or engage in conduct that materially disrupts the program.

InfoGate Financial LLC may suspend or terminate access if you:

• violate these Terms;
• fail to make required payments;
• share your account or course materials;
• misuse the Services;
• engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
• threaten or harass another person; or
• materially disrupt the Investment Bank Academy or its operations.

Termination resulting from your violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund or cancel an outstanding installment payment obligation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Technology and Third-Party Services

The Investment Bank Academy may rely on third-party platforms for payment processing, scheduling, video hosting, course delivery, communications, email, CRM functionality, analytics, or other operations.

InfoGate Financial LLC is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical failures, policy changes, or security incidents caused by third-party providers that are beyond its reasonable control.

Links to external websites, employers, recruiting platforms, articles, resources, or other third-party content may be provided for convenience or educational purposes. InfoGate Financial LLC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, practices, or content of those third parties.

15. Privacy

InfoGate Financial LLC collects and uses personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.

Information may be shared with payment processors, course platforms, scheduling providers, communications providers, analytics providers, and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the Services.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, to investigate suspected fraud or misuse, or with your consent.

Payment card information is processed by the applicable payment processor and may not be stored directly by InfoGate Financial LLC.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

InfoGate Financial LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or third-party service, or suitable for every participant’s individual goals or circumstances.

Any warranty that cannot legally be excluded remains in effect to the extent required by applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfoGate Financial LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of InfoGate Financial LLC for any claim arising from or relating to a participant’s enrollment or use of the Services will not exceed the amount actually paid by that participant or purchaser to InfoGate Financial LLC for the applicable enrollment.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

18. Age and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Services yourself.

If a participant is younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase the Services or otherwise provide legally sufficient consent to the participant’s enrollment and accept these Terms on the participant’s behalf.

If one person purchases enrollment for another participant, both the purchaser and participant are required to comply with the provisions of these Terms that apply to them.

The purchaser remains responsible for payment obligations associated with the purchase.

19. Changes to Course Materials and Services

InfoGate Financial LLC may update course materials, revise lessons, replace outdated content, add or remove platform features, reorganize curriculum, or modify the method through which Services are delivered.

Such updates may be made in order to reflect changes in investment banking recruiting, improve the program, replace outdated information, respond to technology changes, or otherwise operate the Investment Bank Academy.

During a participant’s paid access period, InfoGate Financial LLC will not materially reduce the specific personalized service quantities included with the membership purchased by that participant.

For example, if a participant purchases Platinum Plus with three mock interviews included, a later revision to the program will not reduce that participant’s purchased entitlement to fewer than three mock interviews during that enrollment period.

20. Changes to These Terms

InfoGate Financial LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business operations, technology, or applicable law.

Revised Terms may be posted on the Investment Bank Academy website with an updated effective date.

Where legally required, notice of a material change will be provided.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not eliminate specific service quantities already purchased unless required by law or agreed to by the applicable purchaser or participant.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, any legal action arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Sarasota County, Florida.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23. No Waiver

A failure by InfoGate Financial LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the membership and payment option selected at checkout, the applicable checkout page, the Privacy Policy, and any written enrollment agreement constitute the entire agreement between the applicable purchaser or participant and InfoGate Financial LLC concerning the Services.

The membership tier and payment option confirmed at checkout determine the participant’s applicable service entitlements and payment obligations.

If a written enrollment agreement signed by both parties directly conflicts with these Terms, the signed enrollment agreement controls.
